The Challenge
A real, local home repair and smart-home business needed a professional web presence and a lead pipeline that did not depend on someone manually checking email and voicemail — plus a faster way to triage Home Assistant installs than a manual walkthrough every time.
The Approach
Built the marketing site and a validated lead-intake flow, then went further: a password-gated internal tools area shipped a read-only Home Assistant Advisor that reads an exported config dump and flags problems automatically — deterministic checks first, deliberately advisory-only, with no unattended device writes.
The Outcome
The site now runs a real local business's lead pipeline end to end. The Advisor's pattern — deterministic scoring first, an LLM narrative pass second — is the direct blueprint for the self-serve Automation Opportunity Audit on this site.
