Want The How, Not Just The Where?

Process & Automation Audit

The market's real failure mode is automating a broken process. We map how work actually moves through your business today — not how the org chart says it should — then rank the candidates worth automating against rough ROI and flag the ones that need fixing before they need automating. This is the entry point to everything else we do, and the fee is credited in full toward any build that follows.

  • End-to-end process mapping (current-state, not aspirational)
  • Ranked automation candidates with rough ROI math
  • 90-day implementation roadmap

Why Businesses Work With Us

A systems-oriented, engineering-first approach to automation and AI — here's what that means in practice.

Process Before Automation

We map and fix the process first. Automating a broken workflow just breaks things faster — the audit exists to catch that before you pay for a build.

Plain-English AI

No hype, no jargon you have to take on faith. You will know which model handled a task, why, and what it cost — the same hybrid routing we sell is the one we run.

Engineer, Not a Reseller

Every offering here has already shipped somewhere — a home services business, a biotech platform, a family's own systems. We productize what we have proven, not what a vendor deck promises.

Local Roots, Remote Reach

Remote-first delivery across the US, with on-site installs along the Front Range for hardware work — the geographic anchor is a trust signal, not a limitation.

Proof, Not Promises

Shipped Systems

Four systems we have actually built and run — including our own sibling business.

Home Services

Front Range Home Systems

A live home-services business automated its own lead intake and diagnostic workflow before we sold the pattern to anyone else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common questions about how we work.

Both, and we deliberately figure out which one you need before quoting. Most engagements start as workflow integration — tying together the tools you already pay for — and only become custom-built software when no combination of existing systems does the job well.

Yes — most engagements are remote-first: discovery calls, process mapping, and delivery all happen over video and shared documents. On-site visits are available along the Front Range corridor (Denver/Boulder) for hardware installs like the Private AI Appliance, but they are not required for workflow integration, custom apps, or enablement work.

The engagements that work best remove repetitive, low-judgment steps — re-keying data, chasing status updates, assembling reports — so your team spends time on the judgment calls only they can make. If a proposed automation would eliminate a role rather than free it up, we say so plainly during the audit instead of after you have paid for the build.

We map your current process end to end, flag the steps that are actually worth automating versus the ones that are just broken, and hand back a ranked list with rough ROI and a 90-day roadmap. It is $2,500, and the full fee is credited toward any build we do afterward.

We scope data handling explicitly before any build — what stays on your infrastructure, what (if anything) touches a third-party model, and what our on-site Private AI Appliance keeps local by design. If a workflow involves regulated data (health, financial, or otherwise), that shapes the architecture from day one, not as a retrofit.

Possibly, if you use automated systems to make consequential decisions about people — hiring, lending, housing, and similar. The law changed in 2026 and most local advice is now out of date. See our Colorado AI Act page for the current effective date and what actually changed; it is not legal advice, and we say so there too.

Ready to map your process?

Start with a no-commitment discovery call. If it is not a fit, we will tell you on the call — not after a proposal.
